The Department of Pediatrics will host Grand Rounds from 8-9 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, in Danis Auditorium located on the first floor of Glennon Hall at Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center. All are invited to attend.
Michael Railey, M.D., associate professor and associate dean of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, will present "Cultural Competence and Medical Outcomes."
The Office of Multicultural Affairs seeks to inspire all physicians in training for service and a feeling of urgency to benefit the science and humanitarian aspects of healthcare medicine. This goal should be pursued with compassion and respect for the patients' perspective of their illness. Learn more at the Office of Multicultural Affairs web page.
