Alpha Epsilon Delta, Active Minds, the Public Health Undergraduate Student Association, Unite for Sight, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars will host Peace of Mind Week from Monday, Oct. 31, through Friday, Nov. 4.
The goal of Peace of Mind Week is to promote student wellness and mental health through a variety of events that incorporate exercise, relaxation, stress reduction, sleep education and study breaks before final exams. Events are open to all SLU students and faculty.
Stop by the Peace of Mind Week table in the Busch Student Center (North Entrance) anytime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. that week to buy your Peace of Mind Week t-shirt, reserve your spot for the City Museum trip and pick up information about stress, mental health and campus resources.
3-5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31, on the quad near Pius XII Memorial Library
"Puppies in the Quad." Come play with puppies to relieve stress and bring your puppy, as well.
6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, in the Smart Classroom in the Simon Recreation Center
