The Boeing Institute of International Business at Saint Louis University's John Cook School of Business will host the 2011 Global Business Outlook Conference Friday, Nov. 18, at Busch Student Center, 20 N. Grand Blvd.
The event starts with registration, a continental breakfast, networking and exhibitor displays at 7:30 a.m. The morning session begins at 8:30 a.m. and is followed by a luncheon session that wraps up at 2 p.m.
The morning session will include presentations and discussion by four key global business leaders:
- How Global Aging Will Reshape the Economic and Business Environment of the 21st Century: Richard Jackson, Ph.D.: Director and Senior Fellow, Global Aging Initiative, Center for Strategic International Studies (Washington, D.C.)
- The New Global Financial Environment and the Power of Relationship: Sanjiv Sanghvi: Executive Vice President, Business Head, Global Banking, Wells Fargo (San Francisco)
- Agriculture: Filling the Technology Gap: Thad Simons: President, CEO, Novus International (St. Louis)
- Crossing International Borders: A Roadmap for Capturing New Sources of Growth: Brent Willis: Chairman, CEO, Liberty Ammunition (Florida); former President, CCO of InBev when Anheuser-Busch acquisition was initiated.
The luncheon session will include a discussion on Global Agriculture Trade Dynamics with Soren Schroder, President and CEO, Bunge North America (St. Louis).
Tickets for the 2011 Global Business Outlook Conference are $105 per person or $800 for a table of eight. Reservations must be received by Wednesday, Nov. 16.
