Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals at SLU LAW

SLU LAW will host a special session of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit on Thursday, April 17th. The panel of judges -- The Hon. Roger L. Wollman (South Dakota), The Hon. Kermit E. Bye (North Dakota), and The Hon. Bobby E. Shepherd (Arkansas) -- will hear three cases in the John K. Pruellage Courtroom at Scott Hall followed by a question and answer session with SLU LAW students. The case briefs are available on reserve in the law library.
Under the court's rules, the session is open to the public, with these security conditions: Media are welcome to attend, but photography or audio and video recordings are not allowed. Backpacks, laptops, and bags are not allowed in the courtroom.
Vincent C. Immel Law Library Dedication

Dean Wolff and SLU LAW are proud to announce the naming of the law library as the Vincent C. Immel Law Library. Join us for a panel discussion, dedication and reception as we honor the legacy of Professor Immel. At 4 p.m. in the Pruellage Courtroom, a panel will discuss the past, present and future look of legal education, with a focus on what to expect in the future.
