Samuel Lee, M.D., professor of Internal Medicine and head of the Division of Gastroenterology Research Group at the University of Calgary in Canada, will be a guest of the School of Medicine Dec. 1-3.
Lee will be the featured speaker at the GI Grand Rounds at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec.1, in the GI Conference Room on the ninth floor of Desloge Towers, presenting "Dogs and Dogmas in Hepatology"; and he will speak at the Internal Medicine Grand Rounds at 7:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, in Pitlyk Auditorium in the Learning Resources Center, presenting "Cardiovascular Complications of Liver Disease."
He will also present "Pathogensis of Hyperdynamic Circulation in Portal Hypertension: New Paradigms" at the GI Research Conference at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, in the GI Conference Room on the ninth floor of Desloge Towers.
