The Paul C. Reinert, S.J., Center for Teaching Excellence will present the second event in its 2011-2012 schedule of Conversations on Teaching series, titled "Academic Honesty and Student Writing."
There will be two presentations of the lecture, one from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, in room 1023 in the Allied Health Professions Building and the other from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the Knight's Room in Pius XII Memorial Library.
During this brown-bag session, teaching faculty are invited to reflect on and share knowledge and concerns regarding the cultural complexities surrounding issues of academic honesty as well as how to engage teaching practices as a mechanism in preventing cases of academic dishonesty. Bring a lunch and share in the conversation.
