GE/IDX Upgrade Goes Live On Monday
The GE Centricity Business practice management system (a.k.a. IDX) will be upgraded to version 5.0 this weekend. The upgrade is scheduled to take place as follows:
Friday, Dec. 2: The system will become unavailable at 10 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 3: GE Technical Services will perform the software upgrade and PMO performs validation testing.
Sunday, Dec. 4: Additional setup will continue throughout the day with a final announcement to all users by 6 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 5: User logins will be reactivated by 6 a.m.
On Monday, all IDX web users are asked to login at least 15 minutes early to update their workstations.

Supervisors, assistant supervisors and team leads are also asked to place calls to limit multiple reports of the same issue from the same department. In addition, non-urgent questions or requests can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
