The opening reception for The 200 Show, an exhibit of student work created in the 200-level Studio Art classes, will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2., in Boileau Hall. This event is free, and all are welcome to enjoy the reception and speak with some of the student artists.
The exhibit will include works form beginning classes in drawing, painting, printmaking, design, graphic design, color theory, photography, ceramics, 3D design, metalsmithing, fibers and computer art. Come see the University students' work and get a sense of the range of imagery and processes that students work with in these studio classes.
Boileau Hall is located at the western end of the campus on West Pine Mall, facing Vandeventer. It features several gallery spaces and there is parking conveniently located at the front of the building.
