Academic Certificate in Nurse Case Management
Our Nurse Case Management certification programs online offer current and future registered nurse case managers the opportunity to earn an academic certificate in nurse case management from Saint Louis University (SLU). These case management classes for nurses provide knowledge to promote effective case management of patients with complex healthcare needs. The online program is offered in accelerated 8-week terms per course.
This four-course, 12 credit hour certificate is open to all registered nurses with any level of degree and can be completed in as little as a year. The RN case manager certification programs we offer at SLU can help you get the training you need.
Two classes, Interpersonal Relations in Organizations and Medical Ethics, are offered by the School for Professional Studies (SPS). The remaining courses, The Role of the Case Manager 1 and The Role of the Case Manager 2 are offered by the School of Nursing (SON).
Students who wish to take our SLU's case management classes for nurses will need to apply and be admitted to our RN case manager certification program according to the standard SLU admission criteria. Any licensed RN is eligible to apply.
