Beginning Friday, June 8, callers will notice two new options when contacting the Information Technology Services (ITS) Service Desks by phone. Callers are asked to use the following options, depending on who they are and where they are calling from:
Students should press 2.
If calling from the University Health Sciences Center Campus, press 3.
If calling for assistance in a SLUCare or Tenet facility, press 4. (The following options are new.)
For desktop and Epic support for SLUCare operated facilities, press 1.
For Epic support for Tenet operated facilities, press 2.
If calling from the College of Arts and Sciences, press 5.
If calling from Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology, press 6.
If calling from the John Cook School of Business, press 7.
All other calls should press 1.
As a reminder, University Health Sciences Center includes the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Doisy College of Health Sciences, School of Public Health, Doisy Research Center, Water Tower Inn, SLUCOR and the SLUCare Call Center and others. Previously, option 3 was for the Medical Center.
