Teaching: Samantha currently teaches in the public health/community health nursing course for both traditional and accelerated undergraduate students. She also teaches Health Assessment and in the IPE curriculum.
Professional and Scholarly Activities: As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Samantha works with the Institute for Family Medicine, a not-for-profit that provides free and reduced health care to St. Louis area's most underserved clients. Her areas of medical interest are refugee and immigrant health, community health education, and social epidemiology. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, The St. Louis Network of Advanced Practice RNs, the American Public Health Association, the American School Nurse Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
