Why do I have this Hold?
Student Health Services has placed a Hold on your account due to a past due bill.
How do I fix this?
Please call Student Health Services' billing department at 314.977.5050 to find out what the bill was for and if insurance was billed properly. Let them know that you have a hold with Student Health and have your insurance information available. Once the bill is paid or insurance is resubmitted the hold can be lifted. Student Health balances are not billed on Student Accounts and not viewable online.
