Women between the ages of 20 and 60 are needed to take part in a study. The purpose of this study is to determine if dietary supplements with omega-3 fatty acids might help prevent the muscle soreness and inflammation that often occurs after strenuous exercise.
Those with a medical history of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, clotting disorders, diabetes, exertional rhabdomyolysis or currently taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, omega-3 fatty acid supplementation, aspirin or anticoagulants are ineligible to take part in the study.
There will be a total of three sessions. For more information or to volunteer to take part, email Katie Corder at email@example.com.
