Undergraduate students between the ages of 18 and 29 are invited to take an online survey as part of a research study conducted through the Psychology Department focusing on experiences in college life and how they relate to mental health.
Questions involve a range of topics, including some potentially sensitive issues such as history of past trauma and violence. The responses will help validate a new assessment tool, which will hopefully be used more broadly to improve other campuses. Participation in the study is voluntary and data will be collected anonymously.
IRB Verification: The study has been approved with IRB #22567 and is titled "Trauma Resilience on Campus: Investigating the Psychometric Properties of an Assessment Measure of Developmental Assets in Emerging Adults." Travis Pashak is the principle investigator for the study.
