The Center offers a Master of Science in Sustainability. The core curriculum provides students with an integrated foundation in sustainability that incorporates cross-disciplinary knowledge in science, technology, business, and policy. It is a 30-credit-hour degree with part-time and full-time options available. Most classes are offered in the evenings to accommodate working professionals. Students typically complete the program within two years.
The Master of Arts in Urban Planning and Development is the only degree program of its kind in Missouri. The M.A. is a 45-credit-hour degree, which can be completed in two years (full-time, including summer session). A part-time option is available, requiring a minimum participation of six credit hours per semester. Part-time students complete the degree in 3.5 years. Specializations include community development, economic development, geographic information systems, real estate development and environmental planning.
