Barbara Brown (Principal and Co-Founder)
Since co-founding BrownFlynn in 1996, Barb has helped clients to benefit from a “do good and do well” approach. She believes in bottom-line impact and has been instrumental in designing stakeholder engagement strategies, environmental, social and governance goals and communications strategies to accomplish key sustainability objectives for clients.
Core Lee Mooney (Senior Consultant and Lead Trainer)
Cora Lee has experience in corporate training and curriculum development, university instruction and consulting. She has over twelve years of university teaching experience and has developed numerous corporate training guides for both non-profit and for profit organizations. She directed a team that composed and produced an evaluation manual designed to navigate and utilize the specialized laws for Ohio Charter schools, has experience in industrial supply chain management, export regulation and processes for managing internal controls.
Nancy Mancilla (CEO and Co-Founder)
As an added function of her business obligations as ISOS Co-Founder, Nancy regularly instructs MBA students and serves as a guest speaker at leading conferences and catered to Fortune 500’s to fill particular needs for her sustainability reporting expertise.
Prior to starting ISOS, Nancy assisted Winrock International in developing their sustainability services and led numerous micro-economic development projects related to biodiversity, agronomics, and renewable energy. She also developed an innovative technique to analyze the sustainability of Winrock’s hydro-electric projects in the Republic of Georgia as opposed to Russian energy sources. Previous positions included the Little Rock City Mayor’s Sustainability Commission, Arkansas Clean Cities Coalition and the Arkansas Biofuels Alliance.
Dr. Jeff Leinaweaver is a storyteller, eco-psychologist, teacher and change practitioner within the fields of strategic global sustainability, green leadership development, corporate social responsibility, organizational development and Permaculture design. Jeff is founder and principal of Global Zen Sustainability, a strategic sustainability consultancy.
