The Department of Campus Recreation-Wellness Programs will present "Good Eats, Good Health" from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, in the Wool Ballroom of Busch Student Center.
"Good Eats, Good Health" is a guide to healthy food alternatives, businesses and organizations on and off campus that help promote living well in and around Saint Louis University. Participating groups and restaurants will provide information, free samples and complementary menus to the SLU community.
This year's participants will include Fresh Gatherings, Billiken Dining Services, Simon Recreation Center Juice Bar, the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, Big Shark/Little Shark Triathlon and Running, Community Health Association of Students, Costco, Vito's, Nadoz Café, Sameem Afghan Restaurant, The Natural Way, Onesto Pizza and Trattoria, Comfort Shoe Specialists, Qdoba Mexican Grill, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Student Health Advocates and Peer Educators, Mangia Italiano, Saint Louis University Dietetics Association, Upper Limits Climbing Gym, SLU Cancer Center, SLUCare Department of Dermatology, and the Rugby, Golf, Swimming, Bowling, Swordfighting and Karate sports clubs.
