The University Security Access Request form will be enhanced to simplify the process of requesting access for Banner, VPN, and T: and U: drives (Network Drive Access) beginning Thursday, Feb. 14.
SLU staff who need to obtain additional access or request access for new employees will be able to fill out only one form, which will continue to be accessed in the BMC Service Request Management application (via the ‘IT Service Request' link in the Tools tab of mySLU).
The two separate request forms for VPN and Network Drive Access will be retired. Both will now be included in the University Security Access Request form.
