- Graduate Programs
The Department of Political Science and the School of Law offer students the opportunity to earn a joint degree in Law and Public Administration (JD/MPA). The student spends the first year of the joint program in the law school. Thereafter, the student undertakes both MPA and JD coursework.
Students in the joint program take a total of 103 hours of course work (79 hours in the School of Law and 24 hours from the MPA curriculum). Students complete the same core classes as in the MPA. (MPA curriculum)
