Are you interested in giving back to the University, the College of Arts and Sciences, or the Political Science department? There are many ways to do so.
For one thing, we love to hear from our alumni and to find out what you've been up to. Dr. Michelle Lorenzini is the department's alumni coordinator, and you can contact her. When we can, we share information about alumni in our newsletters.
Some alumni have returned to speak to students about their career choices. If this would interest you, contact Dr. Ellen Carnaghan. Alumni are always welcome at any Political Science department events. [our calendar]
To donate to any part of the University, you can use the on-line giving form. You can select the Political Science development fund as the recipient of your gift. We are listed under the College of Arts and Sciences. We use the money to enrich the educational experience of our students in a variety of ways. For instance, we send students to conferences to present their research or to learn more about political life; we bring in speakers and organize conferences like the annual Gender and Politics conference and the annual Global and Local Social Justice conference, and host events that give students and faculty and opportunity to interact informally.
