Airport Pick-Up Service
For new international students arriving for the Spring 2015 semester, the Office of International Services provides complimentary Airport Pick-Up Service from the St. Louis airport on:
January 6* and 7
*Only LIMITED On-Campus Housing will be open on January 6. If you live in Pruellage Hall, Reinert Hall, or on-campus apartments (Marchetti Towers, Robert May, Flats, Grand Forest, or Village), you can move into your housing on January 6. If you are not assigned to one of these buildings and you plan to arrive on January 6, you will need to stay in a hotel until your residence hall opens at 9am on January 7.
To schedule your airport transportation, email your full name, Banner ID, and original itinerary (including the airline confirmation number) to email@example.com. Once we receive your flight information and schedule your pick-up, you will receive an email confirmation.
For Spring 2015, please submit your travel itinerary by December 1, 2014.
OIS will use your itinerary to track your flights; however, travel changes can happen unexpectedly - if you miss a flight, get delayed, or get rescheduled, please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away or call (314)977-2318 or (314)977-3000 so we can adjust your scheduled pick-up. You call also communicate with us via Facebook or Weibo.
