About Me
My name is Neha, and I am a senior this year at SLU studying Health Management and Policy. My passions are dance, cooking, photography and public health, and I am lucky enough to have found groups and different ways to make each one of these passions a part of my college experience and daily life.
Passionate About Public Health
While I love my major, I discovered my true passion for public health while at SLU. There was a public health class I was required to take as an health management and policy major, and ever since then I have not stopped taking public health; I even added it as a minor! The faculty within the College for Public Health and Social Justice have been amazing and very helpful in my academic journey.
Life in St. Louis
The food scene here is incredible! Due to a growing number of immigrant populations, you can find many different types of cuisines and experience many cultures from all over the world.
How I Stay Connected to Other Billikens
To stay connected I try to keep myself active and busy with plenty of organizations, both off and on campus! I also try to make sure that these groups give me a diverse exposure to all kinds of people communities on campus, not just one.
Favorite Thing About Campus
I love how small and beautiful it is! Even though it is smaller, there is always a nice place inside or outside to study or just chill.
