I am first-generation, Korean American student that is passionate about pediatric oncology. I think I’m ENFP, but that could’ve changed since it’s been a while since I took the Meyer-Briggs personality test. I am usually a positive person, like to go on runs or walks, reading, sewing, thrifting, shopping and eating good foods.
SLU Experience Highlight
There’s a lot to name but if I had to choose, I think my favorite experience would be performing in Xavier Hall for Xquizit’s showcase.
Life in St. Louis
I love seeing the different neighborhoods and their unique style.
How I Stay Connected to Other Billikens
Mostly, through GroupMe and Instagram. I also like to socialize on campus whenever I see someone I know walking by.
Favorite Thing About Campus
I love how small it is yet there are still many faces I don’t recognize. I believe that SLU’s campus is really living out the Jesuit mission, so I feel encouraged to be a part of it.
Advice for Your College Search During COVID-19
I wouldn’t think about the future so much and think about what you want to do right now. Things change and especially with the pandemic, it’s not guaranteed that what you plan on doing in the future will occur. I would focus on thinking about what is important to you right now and what schools offer that.
