Professional MBA Admissions Changes Due to COVID-19

Saint Louis University's Chaifetz School of Business recognizes these times of uncertainty are causing disruption in all aspects of our lives. To support those considering graduate education, the Chaifetz School has made several updates to admissions procedures and application deadlines for spring 2021 to remove barriers for admission and enrollment for those who may be facing challenges related to the crisis.

Applying to the Chaifetz School

Extension of Spring 2021 Application Deadline

To accommodate students interested in starting classes in spring 2021, application deadlines have been extended. Applications to begin classes in the Professional MBA program January 19 are due January 5, 2021.

GMAT/GRE Scores Optional

In an effort to improve access to its top-ranked graduate programs and remove barriers for applicants, the Chaifetz School will no longer require GMAT/GRE scores for admissions consideration.  Applicants will continue to be reviewed holistically for undergraduate performance, professional goal statements and internship or professional experience to make admission and scholarship decisions.

Unofficial Transcripts Accepted for Application Consideration

To ease application burdens for our students, unofficial transcripts will be accepted by the Chaifetz School for review of admissions applications. Unofficial transcripts may be uploaded by applicants as part of the online application. Official transcripts must be submitted prior to conclusions of students’ first semester of enrollment to finalize admission.
