Service, Support, and Information

The TSC and TSC-South are here for you. The TSC located in the BSC is open during the semester 7 days a week, and the TSC-South located in Caroline Hall is open during the week days. Click here for our hours.

Services and Products provided by the TSC Staff:

  • Account and access
    • We provide assistance with password resets, accessing your SLU account, setting up email on a personal device and general help navigating SLU's systems.
  • Academic Tools
    • Need help navigating through Blackboard or installing the Tegrity Record? A TSC staff member can help!
  • Internet and Media Access
    • Getting connected and streaming media is very important. Staff provide assistance not only getting connecting but also troubleshooting when it doesn't. 
  • Printing on Campus
  • Techincal Troubsleshooting
    • If your computer is doing something not expected or it is not turning on at all. The TSC staff can help troubleshoot and resolve most software related issues. 
      • Please note, for hardware related issues, the staff will need to refer out to a third party service provider. 
  • Virus Removal and Protection

    • From big screens to free coffee during finals, stop by today and find out the rest of the services available to you. Staffed by two full-time ITS employees and a talented group of student interns, the tech centers provide many services that are focused around supporting the SLU community.
