Information for Admitted Transfer Students
Congratulations on your acceptance to Saint Louis University-Madrid Campus. We are thrilled to welcome you to our multicultural campus.
Continuing your college studies at SLU-Madrid will be a smart decision and an incredible experience. You will benefit not only from an outstanding American education but also from immersing yourself in the rich history, language, culture, politics and lifestyle of the vibrant Spanish capital.
Now that you have been notified of your admission, we invite you to complete these basic steps to joining our SLU community and making Madrid your campus.
Do you have any questions? Your admissions counselor is still here for you. You can also ask to get connected to a current SLU-Madrid student or faculty member, or organize a guided campus visit.
If you are admitted conditionally, you must complete the requirement stipulated in your acceptance letter. If you know you will complete the condition, you can secure your place at SLU-Madrid by paying the non-refundable confirmation deposit.
If you have been admitted without any conditions, you can secure your place at SLU-Madrid by paying the non-refundable confirmation deposit.

Please note: If you do not hold a European Union or U.S. passport you will need to make payment for one full semester’s tuition in order for us to issue your student visa documentation. Any scholarships that you have been awarded will be deducted from this cost. However, for all the following semesters, you may choose to make payment in full or in installments according to the payment information provided on our website.
Consult with your academic advisor to have your previous college coursework officially evaluated and to begin scheduling your classes.. At this point, you will also want to set up your Banner Self Service and mySLU accounts.
