The online Degree Evaluation is an academic advising document that maps a student's degree requirements against a student's academic transcript. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide information to assist in academic planning and appropriate course scheduling each semester. The evaluation indicates the program and graduation requirements that have been completed as well as those areas requiring completion prior to graduation. Degree Evaluation Reports are available to all students through mySLU.

Degree Evaluations are not smarter than you and your advisor. You will still need to think for yourself and work closely with your advisor. It also cannot take into account the unique aspects of your academic program. A few common examples are listed below under Frequently Asked Questions.
