Senior Academic Advisor
Debra Blanquart has more than 18 years of experience in education, holding several types of positions including instructor, program coordinator and an academic advisor. She also has experience in marketing, sales and sales management. Blanquart earned her master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology at Southern Illinois University. Her Spanish minor was completed at the University of Madrid in Madrid, Spain.
Community Outreach Coordinator
Justin Smith earned a B.A. in history from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 2008 and his M.S. in higher education with a concentration in college administration and leadership, as well as assessment and evaluation from Kaplan University in 2012. His background is in both admissions and academic advising at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He enjoys working with students and helping them meet their goal of earning a degree.
Lana Kelly Hilliard
Lana Kelly Hilliard received her B.S. in journalism at Missouri State University and her M.A. in higher education administration from Saint Louis University. She has worked as an admission counselor, academic advisor, coordinator and instructor. Kelly Hilliard is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in higher education administration.
Sharon Spicer has more than 15 years of experience in education including technical, community college and university level. She earned her B.A. in organizational studies from the School for Professional Studies and continues her master’s studies in public administration. This has given her a clear understanding of the nontraditional learning environment and how to assist students to achieve successful results. Spicer is excited to actively coach and assist adult learners to achieve their educational goals.
Senior Admission Counselor
Eric Miller earned his B.A. in business administration from Columbia College and his Master of Arts in Student Personnel Administration from Saint Louis University. He has worked in financial aid and admissions at the graduate and undergraduate levels and enjoys helping adult students achieve their educational goals.
Ashley Eckhardt earned her B.A. in English from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2015 and continues her master's studies in higher education administration. She has experience working in enrollment services and academic advising with both traditional and non-traditional students and is passionate about assisting students in pursuit of their educational goals.
Andrea Kolisch earned her BA in international studies and business from the University of Missouri and went on to earn a master’s degree in adult and higher education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has experience in several areas of student development, including college advising for high school students, career development advising, and new student orientation and transition programming. Working with different types of student populations throughout her recent experience has given her a distinct understanding of non-traditional students and what it takes to help them be successful.
Communications and Analytics Coordinator
Isabella Perea earned her B.A. in Mass Communication from Principia College in 2017. Her areas of expertise include media relations, journalism and social media communication. She is passionate about connecting with each and every person she encounters, and enjoys helping students reach their goals.
