Magis Operational Excellence Diagnostic Report
As we reach the end of the diagnostic phase of the Magis Operational Excellence program, I am writing to provide you with a brief video update on the project.
I also want to share with you the program’s final diagnostic report, which summarizes our key findings and outlines a set of improvement focus areas selected for further development.
From the very beginning, we have been committed to a process that is open, inclusive and collaborative. As we move into this next phase, we remain committed to transparency and to listening to your input.
