05/11- Grace Kane and Ashley Storz, two students studying aeronautics at Saint Louis University, have received a scholarship from the Laura Taber Barbour Scholarship Fund in recognition of their high academic achievement and contributions to the field of aviation safety.
10/13- Reagan Anspaugh, Grace Flaherty, Elaina Johnson, Crystal Kimama, and Sarah Kirsch are outstanding mechanical engineering students students in their senior year. They each share insights about their experience at Parks College, interest in the field of mechanical engineering and future career goals.
10/05- Between September 27-October 1, the Department of Aviation Science at Parks College hosted a series of virtual visits with high school classes in the St. Louis area to promote the opportunities and careers in the aviation industry.
08/25- Parks College hosted and participated in several engineering outreach programs for high school students this summer.
08/25- SLU's Parks College returned to AirVenture in 2021 following a year of gathering virtually.
06/29- More than 60 high school-aged students from across the country will participate in a virtual camp weeks that explore an array of engineering careers and the collegiate engineering programs offered at SLU's Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology.
06/25- More than 30 students logged into Zoom last week for industry presenters, learning modules led by SLU faculty and CFIs, and small group work to explore the many career paths available in aviation.
06/07- More than 30 high school-aged students from across the country will participate in a virtual camp week that explores an array of aviation careers and the collegiate aviation programs offered at SLU's Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology.
04/15- SLU student Jake Garella navigates the demands of being a Division I athlete (who is setting school records) and collegiate flight student.
03/03- Two Parks College engineering students represented Saint Louis University in Lockheed Martin's 2021 Ethics in Engineering Case Competition, February 23-25th.
11/20- Well-rounded Parks student, Jeffrey Au, is set up for success in the biomedical engineering field.
11/20- Brittany Kendrick has been busy since graduating from Parks College in 2015. She has accomplished many amazing things, and this is clearly just the beginning.

02/04- Parks College is pleased to announce that Riyadh Hindi, Ph.D., P.E., F.SEI was elected as a Fellow of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) in recognition of his contributions to the work of ACI.
12/13- Cristina Irigoyen is a graduate student from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain doing research at Parks College this semester.
11/11- Senior Crystal Bell has always been involved at SLU. Whether it is with Billikens for Clean Water or her internship with Alberici, Bell is gaining the leadership skills she will need for her career in civil engineering.
11/11- Andrew is passionate about development and is involved with student organizations at Saint Louis University, Missouri S&T and Washington University in St. Louis. Andrew actively supports and participates in the Parks Alumni Network. Andrew believes strongly in the purpose of the Alumni Network, which is to promote career development for Parks students by leveraging a network of mentors.
11/06- Parks College is pleased to announce that three faculty members have been awarded a grant from the Kern Family Foundation to provide professional development opportunities for STEM faculty to facilitate connections between engineering, math, and the sciences.
10/07- Second annual event drew 120 female high school students eager to learn about careers in aviation
08/02- Saint Louis University’s department of aviation science will purchase four new Piper Archer TX (PA28-181) aircraft. The Archer is a four-place, piston, single-engine flight training aircraft.
08/30- In June 2018, SLU participated in the annual Student Unmanned Aerial System (SUAS) Competition, hosted by the Seafarer Chapter of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI).
