How do I choose a doctor who accepts HTH Insurance?
Log on to and search for a doctor in the region you are visiting. If you have not already completed a user profile, you may be prompted to do so at this time. Once you complete your user profile, you will able to run a search for doctors, download appropriate forms, etc.

What if I visit a doctor who does not have an agreement with HTH?
There is a reimbursement claims process for students who inadvertently seek care from a health care provider that does not have an agreement with HTH Health Services. Students who seek care from a health care provider that does not have a current agreement with HTH Health Services will need to pay for services rendered up front and then submit an insurance claims form to HTH for reimbursement.
