TEAM Update: 22 Initiatives Identified
I want to update you on the progress of TEAM, which is ambitious, far-reaching and
critical to our success.
We have identified 22 specific initiatives to implement our vision.
The iniatives are driven by the guiding principles of delivering quality and growth
in all that we do in a culture based upon excellence and accountability. They provide
a clear path forward for us to achieve our goals on:
- Clinical quality
- Patient access
- Research and education
- Integrated organization
- Supporting capabilities
- Strategic planning
As we continue the process of transformation, it’s important that we hear from you.
Please feel free to engage through one or more of the following forums:
- TEAM Town Hall
- As I recently emailed, we will hold Town Halls focused on TEAM from 7 to 8 a.m. and
from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4 in Pitlyk Auditorium A in the LRC. Faculty, staff,
and residents are welcome. For those who can’t participate in person, details about
our remote Fuze broadcasts and recordings will be posted on the TEAM website.
- TEAM Listening Tour
- In order to connect with as many of you as possible, I have asked some faculty to
reach out on behalf of TEAM. Our goal is to understand your questions and gather your
feedback, while offering clarification on TEAM. Dr. Ravi Nayak and Dr. Sameer Siddiqui
have volunteered to start this effort and will share their feedback directly with
me and other TEAM leaders. Please reach out to Dr. Nayak via email at email@example.com or via phone/text at 314-496-0824. Dr. Siddiqui can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone/text at 314-779-8500. Both can meet at any of our sites. Feel free
to request that your feedback be anonymous when meeting with them.
- Dean’s Office hours
- I have set aside time for one-on-one or small group meetings. Click here if you are interested in an appointment.
- Division and Department Meetings
- I will be reaching out about visiting your regular meetings to discuss TEAM in person,
along with other leaders involved with the TEAM program.
- TEAM email address and website
I appreciate your feedback thus far, and I look forward to engaging further as we
progress through the transformation.
