Kim Reitter * Director *

With over 14 years of experience in higher education, Kim Reitter has her undergraduate degree in Psychology, her graduate degree in Counseling, and her doctorate in Higher Education Administration.

She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor specializing in career counseling and as director, oversees the goals, assessment, and outreach of the department.

Becky Carlson * Career Development Specialist * carlsonrd@slu.edu

Becky received her M.S. degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University (Oxford, OH) in 2013 and her B. A. degree with a Psychology major from Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN) in 2009. Originally from Wisconsin, she has also worked in non-profit organizations, primarily in program planning and development. Becky works with students and alumni in the John Cook School of Business as well as deciding students.

Susan Gale * Career Development Specialist * galesh@slu.edu

Susan Gale is a Licensed Professional Counselor with fourteen years of career counseling at SLU. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling. She serves as the liaison to the College of Public Service, the psychology department and the School for Professional Studies as well as working with students and alumni deciding upon majors or careers. Susan’s previous experience was in nonprofit social service.

Wendy LaBenne * Career Development Specialist * wlabenne@slu.edu

Wendy LaBenne is a National Certified Counselor and Master Career Counselor and has graduate degrees in both Counselor Education and Human Resource Development and Management with her B.A. in Organizational Communication. Currently, she serves as Past-President for the Missouri Career Development Association, and she was selected for the National Career Development Association's Leadership Academy, 2012-2013 class. Previously, she worked in the human resources field for over three years. She works with students still deciding on a major, and she is liaison to Parks College as well as the School of Nursing.

Chandra Johnson *Career Development Specialist* cjohn169@slu.edu

Chandra received a M.S. in Counseling and Student Personnel in May 2009. Chandra brings over 4 years of prior Career Services experience to Saint Louis University. She primarily serves the Doisy College of Health Sciences and the College for Public Health and Social Justice, as well as deciding students.

Christine Keller * Career Development Specialist * ckelle15@slu.edu

Christine Keller is a career development specialist at the University with over eleven years experience in academia. She has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling. Christine enjoys working with students in the College of Arts and Sciences, given that she also has a bachelor’s degree in French and International Studies.

Brian Lawrence *Career Development Specialist* blawren2@slu.edu

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California Brian joined Saint Louis University in May of 2012. As a Career Development Specialist, he serves undergraduate arts and science students, deciding students and alumni. He holds a B.B.A in Marketing from Howard University and a M.S. in Student Development/College Counseling from Azusa Pacific University.
