Saint Louis University's School of Education offers programs for every level of aspiring educator, from those seeking employment as grade school teachers to those pursuing advanced degrees to become a principal or superintendent.

Undergraduate Programs

SLU’s School of Education offers an undergraduate degree in education with your choice of concentration.

Bachelor of Arts in Education Concentrations:

  • Early Childhood (birth - third grade)
  • Early Childhood Special Education (birth - third grade)
  • Special Education Mild-Moderate (first - sixth grades and special education kindergarten - 12th grade)
  • Elementary Education (first - sixth grades)
  • Middle School Education (fifth - ninth grades) (no longer admitting new students)
  • Secondary Education (ninth - 12th grades) (no longer admitting new students)
