Research Interests

Dr. Schneider's research focus is health behavior. In the past, her National Institute of Nursing Research funded research focused on older adults' thoughts about their exercise behavior and how these thoughts can be modified to improve exercise maintenance. Dr. Schneider has expanded her focus to include dietary behavior in middle-aged adults. Meta-analysis is her current methodological interest.
