Records Request: For current or former clients seeking health records, please contact our office at 314-977-2278. You will be asked to sign a release of records. Once this is returned, we will complete your request as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours.

Accessibility:
Our office is on the first floor of Morrissey Hall. You can access the clinic by entering
through the Lindell entrance by stairs. The clinic is just inside Morrissey Hall to
the right. Alternatively, you can access the clinic by entering the building through
the gray double doors just off the parking lot (there is a large "3700" sign next
to the doors). There is an elevator just inside the gray doors. Take the elevator
to the first floor, then turn left. Follow the long hallway to the end, then make
another left. The clinic is several doors down on the left.
