Technology Satisfaction Survey
In order to better track and report the satisfaction of its customers, Information Technology Services (ITS) conducts quarterly surveys of the University community. A random group of individuals from across the University is surveyed every three months. Each individual only receives one survey per year. The quarterly survey process helps ITS more quickly assess how technology product and service changes impact the University community.
Recipients of the survey will notice an email from David Hakanson, vice president and chief information officer, sent via sendgrid.me. That email will contain a link to the survey, conducted with a tool named TechQual. Please be aware that the information submitted will be processed anonymously and will remain confidential. Those who receive it will have two weeks to complete it. A reminder email will be sent one week prior to the survey expiration date.
Participation in this survey provides ITS with critical information regarding technology services. Those who receive a survey are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete it. The feedback received on the survey will guide planning, staffing and spending activities for ITS in the coming year, and it will align ITS Division focus to the technology areas that may be identified as not meeting expectations.
