Saint Louis University

The Carnegie Foundation calls Saint Louis University a 'Research University/High Research Activity' institution - a classification given to only seven Catholic universities nationwide. U.S. News & World Report ranks SLU 'among the top research universities' in the country. And the University's research funding continues to increase: During fiscal year 2014, Saint Louis University researchers received $32.9 million in funding from federal agencies, associations, foundations and private sources.

Beyond that, SLU offers students something rare in higher education: the opportunity to join premier faculty in labs and libraries, engaging in studies that will lead not only to their personal successes but impact and improve the world around them.
