  • Summer Volunteer Opportunities Now Posted!

    Sticking around this summer?  Check out our list of Summer Volunteer Opportunities!  From camps with children who have cerebral palsy, to environmental clean-ups to fundraisers, dozens of ways to engage in service are available.

  • Male Volunteers Needed for Weeklong Summer Camp for Kids Who Have Lost a ParentAnnie's Hope

    Who - Annie's Hope, a bereavement program for children who have lost a parent.
    What - Volunteers (especially MALES!)are needed for our annual Camp Courage (kids ages 6-11) and Camp Erin (kids ages 12-18), a weeklong program for kids who have lost one or both parents. This is a fun-filled, exciting experience where kids can be kids. We are looking for an energetic, kid loving group of people over the age of 18 to volunteer as cabin counselors, arts 'n crafts coordinators, and helping hands (they assist with various tasks that need to be completed throughout the week).
    When - June 4th-10th (Camp Courage); June 11th-17th (Camp Erin)
    Where - Camp Wartburg in Waterloo, IL (transportation provided)

  • Jesuit Volunteer Corps Still Accepting Applications for 2016-2017 Placements!JVC

    For decades, JVC has worked in collaboration with Jesuits, whose spirituality the JVs incorporate in their work, community, and prayer life. The JVC experience (in one of 37 US cities six other countries) opens the minds and hearts of JVs and dares them to change themselves and their communities for the better.
