There are some Saint Louis University experiences that photographs just can’t capture. Walk down West Pine Mall, and see all the places to study and meet up with friends. Be wowed by the amazing architecture and stained glass inside College Church. Tour the state-of-the-art Academic Tech Commons in Pius XII Memorial Library.
We want you to feel welcome and experience the SLU we know, so we’ve created a number of ways to visit campus that make the most of your time.
How Can We Help?
Contact a visit assistant at visitSLU@slu.edu, 314-977-2500 or 800-758-3678 with any questions you may have. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Visit Options: Be a Billiken for a Day!
Life gets hectic, and we understand that your schedule is challenging. SLU is proud to offer a number of weekend visit options for your convenience. Join us for a Select Saturday that features a presentation from an admission counselor, a panel of current students, a tour of our beautiful campus and a glimpse inside our undergraduate residence halls.
Join us for a special program this summer to learn more about the many opportunities that await you at SLU. Attend an academic, resource fair and breakout sessions on the topics most important to you. You'll also tour campus with a current student and get all your questions answered.
Customize your campus visit to match your unique interests. Tour campus, meet with an admission/financial aid counselor, shadow a class, stay overnight in a residence hall, meet with an academic department — let us set up an experience to help you get all your questions answered.
Special sessions are offered on certain days for students interested in biology, engineering, health sciences, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and pre-professional health studies (pre-medicine, pre-dentistry, etc).
In an effort to show our guests a more realistic view of residence halls at SLU, we use rooms that are occupied by current students. We want to ensure and respect our students' privacy and busy schedules; therefore, residence hall tours are limited during move-in or move-out days, or near holidays and school breaks.
Residence hall tours are also limited during the summer due to scheduled maintenance. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask a visit assistant. Dates and times are subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you check our schedule six to eight weeks before making travel arrangements.
