Fresh Gatherings Café Sells Holiday Turkeys

Fresh Gatherings Café, operated by the Saint Louis University (SLU) Nutrition and Dietetics department, is again selling turkeys this holiday season. The turkeys are broad-breasted, pasture-raised white turkeys from Buttonwood Farms in California, MO. The turkeys are raised with no growth hormones or antibiotics, are fresh – never frozen, and removed from pasture for processing a day before delivery.
