The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes alumni for outstanding achievements in their professional lives, personal integrity and stature, and service to the University. This award honors alumni who graduated prior to 2001.

Jessica de la Morena ('96-'98)
Jessica de la Morena is the founder and CEO of two empowering companies: Creating the Unimaginable, a consultancy firm that supports all transformation initiatives in companies and their leaders, and U Are The Hero, a global platform that empowers people in the process of facing adversity, bringing them closer to the health and wellness experts they need through the lens of the success stories of others. Jessica created and developed this one-of-a-kind platform, building on her skills she honed from over 20 years in the business world, working at companies such as American Express, KPMG Spain, and Amadeus.
In addition to working with her companies, Jess teaches Transformational Leadership for the MBA programs at IE, and is a Board Member of the World Happiness Foundation, chairing two Commissions: the Transformational Leadership Commission and the World Empowerment and Wellness Commission, working to create a world with freedom, consciousness, and happiness, for all.
She is the author of The Great Reconnection, a book that will be published shortly, and for which Antonio Banderas is writing the foreword. The Great Reconnection is also a global revolution that empowers people and promotes an inclusive global society, where we take responsibility for the well-being of others. Jessa is a fearless entrepreneur, dreaming big and changing the world.
