Mindfulness for Law Students

Prof. David Lander, J.D., will again lead mindfulness sessions for law students in 2019. The first session is at noon on Wednesday, Jan. 16, in Scott Hall room 775.

The benefits of mindfulness include:

  • - an increase in focus,
  • - improved ability to concentrate,
  •  - better mental health and
  • - enhanced sense of wellbeing.
