Research Interests
My research focuses on the intersection of economic history and development, specifically the long-term dynamics of migration and land property rights. I use quantitative methods to investigate how institutional changes, such as land privatisation, influenced mass migration flows during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. My work also explores innovative pedagogical techniques designed to enhance student motivation in undergraduate economics.
