Practice Areas

Areas of expertise include the entire sales ecosystem with a special focus on the organisational aligment of the sales life-cycle to the customer experience. Having led the product go-to-market strategy for a leading SaaS organisation I incorporate this unique perspective in my focus areas. Management of multi-disciplinary (from business development through sales, presales, account management, client services and sales operations) and multi-industry teams (direct, inside and hybrid sales) widens my practice area. As well I include the latest sales training techniques having led the european sales enablement practice for a major global institution.
