Research Interests
My doctoral research examines how teams are managed in the virtual and hybrid work
models that multinational corporations adopted after COVID-19. It is an interpretivist
multiple-case study of senior directors, analyzed through reflexive thematic analysis,
from which I develop a three-layer framework covering leadership enactment, coordination
mechanisms and contextual navigation.
A second line of work concerns pedagogical innovation in finance and accounting education,
including ERP-enhanced curricula and AI-driven financial modelling, alongside managerial
accounting and decision-making under uncertainty.
