As a consulting intern in Global IFRS & Offering Services, he reviews financial statements, provides risk advisory and conducts research and analysis. Deloitte, a world leader in professional services including audit, tax, risk advisory and consulting, has grown exponentially in recent years. It now employs over 245,000 people in 150 countries and territories.

Nassir de las Casas, who previously interned in a logistics-courier company in Tanzania as a finance and accounting intern, was recruited directly by Deloitte via LinkedIn.

"I would say that my internship at Deloitte is going great in terms of acquiring experience for my future and making life long contacts and friends," commented Nassir de las Casas.

SLU-Madrid's internship program, directed by Patrice Burns, is booming. Students like Stefan are gaining transnational experiences through their collaboration in businesses and non-governmental organizations such as KPMG, Boeing, Mapfre, Repsol, Endesa, the U.S Embassy of Madrid and the Spanish Embassy in Washington D.C.
