The symposium delves into the crucial topic of expanding experiential learning and how it can effectively prepare and support students for success in the increasingly interconnected global landscape. With a focus on integrated work experiences and cultural immersion, participants will engage in interactive discussions, envisioning innovative approaches that advance their institutions' missions of providing unique growth opportunities to students.

The agenda of the FuturEd Symposium revolves around three key themes that are pivotal in shaping the future of education:

The symposium's goals are to establish international partnerships, inspire creative thinking in global education, identify common areas of interest, exchange best practices, foster new ventures and collaborations, enhance student international experiences, and celebrate the joy of working within international higher education.

Through this platform, educators and administrators can share their expertise, showcase successful initiatives, and collectively shape the future of education. The FuturEd Symposium aspires to catalyze change, empowering educational institutions to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and cultural competencies required to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

As Saint Louis University — Madrid Campus takes the helm as the host of the 2023 FuturEd Symposium, the institution reaffirms its commitment to providing a transformative educational experience that prepares students to navigate the complexities of the global economy successfully. With the support of global education leaders, the symposium is poised to redefine the landscape of experiential learning and international collaboration, paving the way for a brighter future for students worldwide.
