Practice Areas

Daniel R. Schramm maintains a sole law practice in Chesterfield, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University in 1975, and his J.D. from American University in 1978. He practices in the areas of appellate advocacy, business law and estate planning. His primary focus has been appellate advocacy. The history of Mr. Schramm's appellate practice has included cases before all three districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals, the Missouri Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. For a number of years, Mr. Schramm taught business law classes at Maryville University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He has taught in the Saint Louis University Law School Moot Court Program since 2001.
