Peter Sullivan holds a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo) and a J.D. from Western Michigan University.

Practice Areas

Peter Sullivan is corporate counsel and assistant secretary of ICL Americas LLC, the U.S. operations of a multinational chemical manufacturer of products in the agricultural, food and engineered materials industry.

Prior to joining ICL in 2018, he spent two years as a corporate attorney in the business services group at Lashly & Baer, P.C., serving clients in the healthcare, financial, telecommunications and nonprofit industries. His experience during this time included serving as de facto general counsel for emerging companies at all stages of funding. Prior to joining Lashly & Baer, he managed his own law firm focused on corporate and commercial transactions.

Professional Organizations and Associations

Sullivan is very active in many civic, charitable and professional organizations. He is currently a member of the school board for St. Ambrose Catholic School. He is also serving on the Membership Committee and the Law Students Relations Committee for the St. Louis chapter of the Association for Corporate Counsel (ACC). Additionally, he has worked with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office to provide estate planning services to Missouri veterans. He has served on the supervisory board of Arsenal Credit Union, as a member-at-large and secretary to the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), as well as on other advisory committees for the BAMSL Board of Governors. In prior years, Sullivan has taught the Missouri Bar’s Mini Law School business law section and as an adjunct teaching business law and business ethics to undergraduate students.
